Activity:

Prepare a word file of a plan using the framework that is given below for an initiate to engage the children as well as youth excluded from school in education or training, to the management team of a Brighton youth centre. When you make a word file, you are required to include these four parts that is given below.

Scenario:

An important framework has taken place at a youth centre with the combination of education for children and for youth who have been excluded from school whether they are for fixed period or permanent. Recently you are working at the youth centre and the manager of centre tells you to making a project to motivate the children and young people who understand of the importance of

education or training, and also improve their outcomes. The main focus of this project is to enhance the multidisciplinary team which helpful for the youth and their families. Explain the tools which are required for this project. In addition, you have to give proof of that same project will give better outcomes for youth involved in them.

Explain the advantages of working within a multidisciplinary team.

Part 4 of the project

In this part, you have to identify the problems faced by youth and community worker when they finding the inequalities by the young person and also discuss the impact of key issues on the better development of an identified young person. Discuss the key issues of inequality, and also explain the value and the impact on social cohesion.
